"I was looking in this apartment complex and I was told that I couldn't have my service dog that is against the law then the person told me that my daughter and her boyfriend can't live with us because they are old enough to live on there own so because of this I was not qualified to live there. It is against the law to turn anyone away that has a service dog just to let you know"

"I've lived here for almost 2 years now and I have to say it is the best experience I've ever had renting, been renting places for 17 years. If you ever have a maintenance issue they resolve it exceptionally quickly and with a quality fix. One example is my stove was not working properly, gas stove that did not consistently spark, they replaced it with a very nice new one that included self cleaning. Very inexpensive, I got in on a deal for $475/month for a two bedroom one bath apartment with all bills except electric paid, heating, cooking and water are all via gas, and my electric bill runs between $50-$75 depending on the season. They have a great pool that is well maintained and mostly unused. Quiet neighbors that are friendly in passing and the local community center, city hall, police department and fire department are all just across the street. The owner seems to truly care about giving a quality product for an exceptional value and I talk the place up on a regular basis to anyone looking for a place to rent. I've always felt safe and enjoy the benefits of living in Riverside, great snow removal and inexpensive gym memberships to list a couple. They have even been so kind as to take a package delivered to the office and to put it in my apartment upon request due to my inability to pick it up during office ours due to working overtime. I have no reservations with suggesting this as a home to anyone. The only two actual issues I've run into since living here were the mailboxes were a bit small, they have recently been upgraded to the equivalent of a standard mailbox so that is resolved, and the lack of storage for extra toiletries and cleaning supplies. Second issue may be my own issue since I tend to buy in bulk for toilet paper and paper towels."
