"Believe the reviews about this place and save yourself a headache. Elevators frequently didn't work (including freight elevator) so get used to taking the stairs. Plumbing back ups from other units causing your sinks to overflow from the drain. Basement storage unit NOT SECURE in anyway - the entire storage area was robbed Oct 2022 (complex also failed to inform tenants for weeks after incident). Oh and they will charge you for 'valet trash', so enjoy having your neighbors leave their trash cans in the hallways for days... even though every single level of the Dixson has a trash chute at the end of the hallway. New management came in and gouged rent prices while promising 'upgrades' on units that already had granite with stainless steel appliances. Amenities do not justify price increase considering no pool or designated parking for the lofts. Management sure can make or break a complex."

"On top everything everyone else is stating about parking and living in the Lofts is not the best experience. By trying to follow the rules and move my car from the front of the building I’m also getting penalized for it because you won’t receive help if you are locked out. Even though they can verify it’s me because they have seen me before and been in my apartment , I also have my driver license to prove my identity. Now I have to wait 45mins. While my dog who is still drugged up from the vet is in there hopefully ok. Had I known they wouldn’t help I would have had a better back up planned out."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This place is not the place to rent. They quote the rent and then when you’re ready to move in, they change the price. They do not honor what they stated. They show they have amenities that don’t exist. For example, covered parking, and then when you ask for a rent adjustment, they refuse. When you move in you find out that the parking hasn’t been available since February 2023. This company neglects to be truthful and honest. Don’t come here."

"This place was great until Prism Real Estate took over and sent the property manager from kindergarten to the property. They lie about what's in your lease and send 1,000 messages in the resident portal about things that are irrelevant. The way they speak to residents as if we should be so lucky to live there. The area is nice with access to stores, food and events but the property itself is basic and outdated. The A/C works for 3 days then stops. The plumbing causes water to run constantly. The showers leak and the concrete flooring isn't sealed so everything sticks and causes stains. They will threaten to sue you for late rent even at 3rd of the month. They give you 2 days notice that they will enter you apartment with or without you present which is a huge INVASION OF PRIVACY. This place could be great but if you aren't 65+ you will be treated as if you're a child and as if your business isn't needed nor wanted. I broke my lease 2 months ago. I will never recommend this place unless Prism sells."

"Secured building, quiet, clean. Very few kids if any, nice neighbors and friendly staff. So far so good. Been here almost 2 years"
