"Love it they worked with us for getting moved in and have been amazing to us. We had our heat go out and they go it fixed fast. Cassie has truly been amazing to us we couldn't ask for a better apartment manager than her."

"Dirty, dirty and dirty are the first words that come to mind when describing this place. They only allowed us a virtually tour which was a big mistake on us because the place looked nothing like the video we saw. When we moved in the place was very dirty there where cobwebs, dust and bugs everywhere. Don't let them fool you into thinking this is a cheap alternative for a apartment, we end up paying $1050 a month for our 2 bedroom when it was advertised for $950 there are hidden fees they won't tell you about till after you have signed the lease. Also after two weeks of living here our floors flooded and it took three whole days for anyone to come and fix it the property manager is a joke! There been so many problems in the short few months of living here it's actually funny, there are holes in the walls the windows and doors leak when it rains not to mention the power go's out on occasion for no reason at all. DO NOT RENT HERE SAVE YOURSELF!!! STAY Away!!!"

"I have lived in these apartments since 2017. Throughout the 6 years of being here if I’ve ever needed anything within reason I know I can go negotiate. Im not one to be late on rent but sometimes life happens and when it does I know I can go work something out with the late fees if I absolutely have to and they will work with me. I need some updating to my apartment and since I’ve been there so long and been a loyal and good resident they in turn have been nice enough to agree on a few terms which is why I continue to stay at woodland trace. Cassie has always done everything in her power to work with me and to get things done. There was a time I went through a really rough period and she went out of her way to help me through it which was way above and beyond her job description. I really appreciate her and feel she really does bring more value to this place just by being present in the office to assist people. Very personable and compassionate. I give Cassie 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you!"

"The on site property manager Cassie is a go getter for sure. A multitasking machine and also a kind and decent human. She listens and she hears her leasees’when problems arise and she takes care of them. She’s also very understanding if you have less than good credit or have had any legal trouble. I love her. 5 stars and then some"

"Renting at Woodland Trace was the absolute worst experience. There were many issues from the start. The main problem with this apartment complex is the infestation of bats and bat bugs (over 2 years). For the last 8 months of my lease nothing was done to rid the complex of the bugs. My health deteriorated because of these bugs and I was forced to terminate my lease. I was charged well over $3,000 to terminate the lease even though this was negligence on their part. On top of this many others issues took place…over charging in rent, heat/air not working for months, aggressive dogs, illegal activities from other residents, etc. I suggest not renting from these people!"
