Reviews
"This lady is terrible. I’m not going to put my why behind any of this, there’s more than enough reviews to show you why."
"Horrible experience, horrible staff…0/10. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy."
"Horrible service! Horrible communication! I do not recommend."
"Stay away from Lisa! She does not care about your kids! She more interested in controlling whatever she can. My Son is suicidal and she could not care less!"
"Lisa was the first counselor I chose for my 7yo daughter. The first appt went well. However, due to us knowing people who’d been counseled there previously Lisa was quick to become very brash and declare a sudden conflict of interest, while dismissing us from her office. I wonder how people who have been referred avoid knowing the same people who have previously been counseled there. Either way, it felt very odd from that moment on. There were other appointments which we came for where they hadn’t scheduled us, or had sent us the wrong time. Despite this, we returned to see another counselor. She took my 7yo from the waiting room and when I went back to check, the door was closed and I had no idea where they had gone. This felt very uncomfortable, and I was rudely sent back to the waiting room before I had a chance to knock to ascertain where my child was. Lisa sent an email to me addressing my ‘inappropriate’ behavior and that has finished it for me. This office is unprofessional, and Lisa may not be a person who should attempt to interact with parents if she’d like her practice to grow."
