"Have given them so many chances to do things right. Dr. Brady gave my child a wrong diagnosis and wrong medication. I ended up taking her to the ER. Every time I’ve taken a child in with strep or an infection, they NEVER call the medication into the pharmacy. Every single time. Even though I’ve asked them to confirm with me when they called in, or if they are sure they will do it today. So, every time, I have to run to the ER or urgent care with my children."
"I haven’t had any negative experiences with this office so far. I really like that there are separate waiting areas for well children and sick children. Our one month old has seen by Dr Phillips a few times now, she’s very nice and although we really haven’t had any concerns so far, I always feel heard and comfortable asking questions. Dr Phillips has also been great at telling us things to expect from our baby over the following weeks which is nice."
"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My son is two years old and autistic with also a medical Disability he has multiple therapist and specialist that he’s dealing with, but needed a pediatrician when we went in the nurse was amazing she was so sweet then the doctor came in Dr. Rhodes, He was literally horrible. He huffed and puffed every time I would add onto my sons medical history. Not only did he not know what the Diagnosis was my son had but said he’s never even seen anybody with it then continued to tell me that my son “ needs a lot of work” as if he’s not autistic and has a disability. And after he was done, asking the questions, he barely interacted with my child. All he did was check his ears nose and mouth said not one word to my child. The worst experience I’ve literally ever had at a doctors in my entire life .DONT RECOMMEND!!"
"We left their office because of several reasons. One nurse was God awful to my autistic 7 year old, was mean to him and basically called him a big baby for not letting her swab his nose. Now I have my kids insurance calling me asking why he didn't get his 12 month and 15 month vaccines. He did. Both times. Oh but this office hasn't put them into the state system. He got his one year shots in Sept 2022. Their excuse was bc they don't have someone sitting there to do that. Since Sept? Now their new pediatricians office has to sort it out. Their office needs updating and better staff. Our doctor wasn't impressive either. Our toddler has sleep problems. She actually bold faced wrote me a prescription for a bedtime story. Yeah I would just stay clear of this place all together. They miss stuff too. My son went in and Got diagnosed with the flu and it wasn't. He ended up hospitalized."
"We are very unhappy with the service we received from Dr. Theresa Brady over the past few years. The visits for our children were always extremely rushed. Dr. Brady didn't seem to really focus on any issues or concerns we had, but instead focused on getting through as many patients as possible. A couple medical concerns we had were consistently brushed off by Dr. Brady for over 2 years. Our new Pediatrician said these issue should have been addressed years ago, and currently have appointments setup to have the issues checked out. Dr. Brady also made some very concerning comments. During the peak of the the pandemic, she made comments like "Your boys don't need to wear masks so that they build up their immunity". Which is the opposite of what the CDC was saying at the time. And we all know how that turned out with millions dead. There were other comments and actions she made that didn't align with what you would expect a doctor to say. And her bedside manner was one of the worst we've ever experienced. We have since found a new pediatrician who we absolutely love and provides the service we expect from a caring and thorough pediatrician. I would not recommend Pediatric Professionals or Dr. Theresa Brady to anyone."
