"Brought my son here for multiple concerning symptoms. Immediately brushed off and told it was unlikely he had the symptoms he had. He had pneumonia. Turns out something was wrong and not just the flu. I was right. Then sent home with a script and he won’t take it or keep it down. They won’t fix the prescription and want us to come in a rack up another bill to likely be brushed off again. No thanks."

"Brought my son to them on the 28th of January because he was coughing so bad to the point he was gagging and choking. This hospital did 0, absolutely 0 tests. Maybe spent an entire 10 min on him to be told "its just a cold". Meanwhile we went and got a second opinion today because he hasn't gotten any better whatsoever and was told he has severe RSV and that OPR should have done the swab! I'm beyond disgusted at this dept and this whole thing should be investigated!"

"The nurses were good, but Dr McEnroe was very condescending and dismissive. His diagnosis seems appropriate, but his bedside manner could use some work. Definitely won't be back."

"Brought my brother in for a severe ear infection. He was disoriented from how much pain he was in and the lady at the front desk got a call while we were trying to talk to her and asked if she could take it, my brother trying to be nice said yes and it was not an emergency call, it was on her personal phone. It didn’t last very long, maybe 2 minutes, but after she hung up that’s when she decided to tell us that she couldn’t check him in but instead she had to wait for the nurse. And keep in mind she called us up to the window before getting the call. The nurse finally comes back and slowly gets us checked in. He tells us to take a seat and we ended up waiting about 7-10 min before getting called back, the same lady at the front counter took us back and ended up taking his temperature 4-5 times before finally getting it written down, both nurses from before misgendered my brother and called him by his legal name instead of his preferred name. Finally we get called into a room and we get seated, we were waiting for a good 15 minutes before the nurse came in here to ask him questions. She was nice at first but also misgendered him. The only person I can say that genuinely treated my brother with respect was the Doctor who corrected him self when he said the wrong name and asked my brother his pronouns. He then had to get on an online call with someone to get the paper work filled out and she kept getting our info wrong and was very rude to my grandmother who brought him in."

"Had a medical emergency with my son this week that required minor surgery. The staff that took care of us here are amazing people. Dr Tran, Nurse Annie, Care Tech Molly and Child Life Specialists Katie & Amanda are truly caring individuals. The level of service, professionalism and care my family received here was outstanding. 5 stars all day for me. Thank you again."
