"If I was rating just on cocktails and service I'd give it better marks, but the food was lacking. Cocktails were nice but still not great and I would go back just for that Tried 3 small plates. Brazilian cheese bread was good, I'd get it again. Beets and ricotta were fine, tastes good but could have used a crunchy element aside from a couple radishes and didn't really feel complete. Oyster mushroom fritter was not good, my wife would eat more than one bite. First, not a fritter, just mushroom paste in a cast iron with way too much frisee on top with a dressing that did not match the mushroom at all. Didn't try any mains, and wasn't motivated after the small plates. The prices are far too high for the level of food they are putting out."

"I'd been looking forward to eating here for a while, and for the most part it didn't disappoint. Our small party ordered a good portion of the latest fall menu: house bread, Yukon potatoes, parsnips three ways, vegetarian bolognese, chicken tikka, short rib steak, and salmon (halibut substitute). Duck carnitas were also unavailable. For dessert we had the espresso panna cotta, and red velvet cake. All of the appetizers / sides were great. Short ribs, chicken tikka, and salmon were all cooked perfectly. Maybe the only minus was the vegetarian bolognese: it had a great flavor, but the rice dumplings were a bit too dense and chewy. Both desserts were very nice ending to a good meal. You go to places like this expecting some unique textures and flavors, trusting in the chef and his staff. Chef Cooper has a good thing going over at Conifer."

"This is a beautiful restaurant right off the Bentonville Square. There is plenty of indoor seating and a very nice patio area as well. We were greeted quickly and seated at a very small two top table (my only issue for the night). We were greeted by Hannah who was excellent all night long. We started with cocktails that were excellent. I ordered the Cobb Salad which was very large and had a great dressing, I could only eat half of it. My wife had the Mushroom Flatbread that was full of flavors. We both ordered the Trout and we both loved it. it was seasoned very well. I had the Panna Cotta for dessert and it was really good. My wife had the chocolate cake and really enjoyed it. The food, atmosphere and service was outstanding. Quite expensive as well."
