"Puchase $, 100%Remy human Wig. Receipt says no refund, but a store credit, 2 days later return, hair is poor quality has human & cheap synthetic. She points to a small handwritten sign saying no return on wigs and jewelry, but receipts says a return you get a store credit that info should be on receipt or at least the sale person should inform you of the policy, before you purchase MiMis at St. 9052 St. Charles Rock road, St. ANN. THEY run an unethical business, you can go anywhere and businesses take returns on worse things. Amazon will take a return. At least try to work with you. I had receipt, only 2 days. salesperson said you can wash per instructions I dipped it in water per instruction before putting on my head as it was packaged after drying see picture nothing like before, I have other wigs, so I know how to maintain, this place is a rip off. Salesperson wont allow you to try the actual purchase only the display, lied right in my face to make a sale, they don't honor their products and misinform on receipt. The nerve to say contact the manufacturer & sorry, I will no longer support this store after being a loyal customer 4 years. Better Business bureau report them if you have a bad experience."

"I come in here all the time have never gave the impression to steal anything just today i was in there getting some stuff and i pay i try to push the door and she had us locked in like we was about to steal something yells and say stop pushing the door and unlocks it. I won’t be back i’ll be going to my cheaper and better deal beauty supply and that’s Prince Beauty on page! Stop coming here and supporting these people who don’t give a darn about us and over charging. The lady with the glasses and older with dark hair always a band in her hair."

"The owners are always very friendly and helpful and will offer you refreshments as you leave the store. However some of their newer employees follow you around and just stare while you're trying to shop, which is very demeaning and distasteful. When things like this happen, I will spend my money elsewhere. I've been coming here for years but I will not deal with that."
