"On my one kid free night, I attempted to treat myself by going to the galleria. I arrived at the store around 6:50. I was promptly told “we close at 7”’ (even though the mall apparently closes at 9?$ and made to feel like the employees did not have time for me. Will not be returning to this location or the galleria. Sad because I used to love frequenting this mall as a teenager."

"I told the manager that I wanted my makeup done but didn’t know if I wanted the “focus feature” for 30 mins or the “full glam” for an hour. Because I was in a time limit I decided to go with the “focus feature” and the manager that signed me in and scheduled my appointment showed me some Sephora brand options for lipgloss and eyeshadow ONLY since those aren’t included in the focus feature service. The manager told me that my service would start at 6. That meant I had about 15 minutes to kill before my service started so, I looked around and shopped to kill time like any normal human being on this earth would do. For some reason, the manager took me looking at the eyeshadow and lipgloss that she showed me to go along with the focus feature service as me saying I no longer wanted the service that's only “base/foundation (her exact words)” and she canceled it without asking me which was completely and utterly unacceptable. The makeup artist had a disgusting attitude from the very beginning (like she was mad that she had to work) and wouldn’t even talk to me about what I wanted to be done to my face, which is why I had to talk to the manager to get scheduled in the first place. I even told the MUA that her braids were cute and she still didn't smile, so whatever problem she had honestly had nothing to do with me. I would like to add that the person that rang me up at the register was incredibly nice! The makeup artist should definitely take a few notes from her. I hate to be a Karen and leave a bad review, but y'all literally had/have me so F’d up lol."
