"I went to chesterfield location on 11/10/23 for a 6pm 1 hour massage. I was early but starting at 6.. I sat in the waiting room till 606. Then was shown a room and given forever to change despite me sayin it only take me 30 sec to do it, first couple minutes were fine, till the female masseuse put a towel over my whole head covering my peripheral vision and ears, she begins rubbing oil on one side of my back then moves to the other side(this is where the massage ends). as I hear her moving to the other side I also hear her grab a chair. She starts oiling the other side, normally like 45 seconds max right? I could feel only one hand was being used but it was nice at first so whatever just spreading oil, however 2 min go by, then 5, then 10. At this point I can tell whoever is touching me is not paying any attention to a massage and is multitasking with both hands. So after I had given it about 10 min, I quickly turned and removed the head towel to see the masseuse trying to hid the cell phone in her other hand under my blanket. She apologized and said she had an emergency and that she always and only does(one hand massages).cmon. I left oily with no massage and time wasted. Simply unprofessional and obviously overpriced and unsupervised. I will post more on other site"

"I booked an hour massage and my massage was only about 40 mins if not less. I arrived 15 mins early and sat in the waiting room until i was taken back to the room at about 6:35 then she left me to undress for a long time I was just laying on the table waiting and when I looked up at the clock it said 6:45, a few more mins passed before the massage started and then she ended it early at 6:28."

"The overall experience was not relaxing. I was greeted by the front desk rudely. They tried to tell me gift certificate I purchased wouldn’t work and I would have to pay again. After arguing with them they realized I was right and my certificate was valid. The facial was nice and I liked the esthetician. That was the only good experience. Then my friend who I bought a facial for also received hostility from the front desk over her gift certificate. At the end of the facial they tried forcing me to buy another facial package, one I was not interested in and they were persistent. Overall it was an aggravating experience. I will choose another place to get my facials from here on out."
