The staff were kind and helpful, answering several questions and making sure I was at ease. Dr Aquino has a delightful bedside manner and is a miracle worker. "Had a great first experience at The Foot & Ankle Center! Came in for an ingrown toenail and was able to be treated same day. The receptionist who checked me in, the billing coordinator (an angel), the medical assistant, and Dr. Aquino were all very kind. I psych myself out for every procedure known to mankind and have a tendency to cry (this was no exception) but no one made me feel bad or minimized my fear. Yes, the shots hurt and were uncomfortable, but they are skilled and professional, which just makes any situation that much easier. Wouldn’t want another ingrown nail like this one, but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to go back! I would refer anyone I know to their office in the future. Overall, an uncomfortable and unknown procedure was made tolerable by kind and compassionate staff who clearly care for their patients. Five stars from a patient who would return if circumstances made it necessary!"
