"Staff very friendly, Melissa the hygienist and Dr. E both were very thorough and gentle. I finally got some answers to questions that my previous dentists were unable to answer. The front desk was very warm and welcoming, and it was a super smooth experience. I also love how I was able to fill out all my forms online prior to the appointment and the text reminders for appointments is super helpful."

"Friendly staff. I went for a cleaning. My previous dentist retired. Should of looked at reviews first. My bad. Was told I need my wisdom teeth pulled and I’ve had them my whole life with no issues. I’m 65 years old. Also I needed an expensive deep cleaning and no dentist has ever recommended that to me before. Plus I need 2 root canals and 2 crowns. Again, I’ve never had a root canal or crown in my life. They did a 180 degree head X ray and 18 individual X rays. Those type of X rays are expensive and my insurance will only allow them every 3 years. The rest of the time all they did was check for pockets in my gums. An hour went by and no cleaning. I’m not saying my teeth are perfect, but I’m smart enough to know when someone is working you over for additional services. I hope this review will help someone from making the same mistake I made. "I just wanted to leave a review to up the star rating for this office, which I’ve been a patient at for multiple years now. I too had qualms with Dr. Wintermantel. He wasn’t gentle with my sensitive teeth, and once he had to give me about 10 shots of numbing before I actually went numb. Once he also asked me “have you lost weight?” which was really odd because my weight has never drastically fluctuated, nor do I need to lose any weight! BUT, the office is under new management now! Dr. Ehrhardt is gentle, accommodating, and gets you in and out quickly, without rushing. He uses newer and better products and procedures. There hasn’t been a moment when I’ve doubted his abilities or felt uncomfortable in his care. Hygienists have been great too!"
