"It pains me to leave anyone a bad review but I must in our case. Spencer was very helpful at the beginning of our trip planning but experienced some type of set back with our bookings a month out. Communication became a major problem and we would go days without hearing from him with big missing parts from our trip packet - return flight confirmations being the most concerning. I started double checking our AirBnb's and had one tell us we had no confirmation or payment had been received. Eventually, a few days before the trip we had all the things we needed after having a lawyer get involved. My remaining balance was returned to me on the day I left. Of course the trip was wonderful the experience leading up was however very stressful."

"Just another perspective- Spencer stranded us in a Foreign country with no ticket home, no hotels, no guide and we had to repay for all while we were there. Of course he stated he would pay us back but did not- only offered a promissory note and we had to go through our credit card company to reimburse- have now heard this has happened to others!"

"I loved my amazing trip to Belize that Spencer created for me! He took care of all the planning from the resort to the transportation once we were there! The thing I loved the most about going through Tripsushi was getting to know the locals. Spencer connected us with people who owned a bar and a cab driver, who was literally at our disposal! We ended up making a change the day before one of our scheduled activities and he was great about it! I would highly recommend Tripsushi and Spencer for your next trip! "Spencer and Team really came though with this Aruba Trip. I had an amazing time. We stayed at MVC Eagle Beach in Aruba. The hotel was perfect. Best location and staff. The team also provided me with a couple amazing excursions that turned out to be great. 4 Hour ATV adventure and a 4 Hour snorkeling adventure. I will be using trip sushi for all my travel needs."
