"The doctor was so nice and took time to explain everything about my eye exam. The staff were so friendly and nice. Didn’t have to wait long for my appointment I got there early to register but was seen promptly at my time. Was advised that my glasses would take 14-21 days but they came in a week later. Go check them out!!!! A+ staff"

"Dr.'s visit went well. It's been over three weeks and still haven't received my glasses.Called 02.23.24 and was told they would be in the next week per the lab. Called on 03.01.24 was placed on hold for 17 minutes without a follow up. Called again today 03.05.24 to be told that my lenses were on back ordered. And there not sure how long it will be per the lab. Horrible customer service. I should have been called and made aware of what was going on. Instead I was given the run around."

"The young lady at the desk was great, along with Dr.Anderson. But the sales lady is all about the money which is probably not her fault . She will add things you did not ask for even after you declined it. She did look for the best deal she could give me and even though I had the money, the pressure was enough for me to leave. I don’t like to feel Like I’m getting hustled. I just paid for the exam and I’ll order them online for a smoother Experience."
