"My granddaughter has tally struggled mentally she is their long term for a while till we can get her in somewhere don't like the phacility in wentzville at all but here I really wish she can just stay their she is a very difficult case and what ever their doing is working all of the nurses except for a few are very patient and caring the nurses on 1000 unit are very good with her and they actually care"
"My daughter has been in their care on and off due to her mental health issues. They were not taking her alarming behavior seriously & released her relatively fast. Only for mu daughter to pull a knife on her son and place my grandkids in danger because she did not receive the best treatment while In their care. I wish they truly could help more patients as provide better assessments, treatment plans, and follow ups! They are not there to really there helping people who battles with mental illnesses"

"my experience was horrible. children at the hospital where picking on me and a nurse didn't do anything. Another incident was when they gave me more medicine then they should have. I couldn't remember my first night there at all. please I don't suggest any parent to take there child there, go to Mercy they have so much better care than dePaul."
