"If you have a choice go literally anywhere else. Sent multiple incorrect bills. When they finally got the bill amount correct with insurance I tried to pay over the phone (2 no call backs) and in person (couldn't figure out how to run a credit card. Not exaggerating they put it in the fax machine at one point). They then turned around and sent me to collections for a bill that was less than 60 bucks that I had been trying to pay for months. I will never go back. If I get scheduled here in the future I will pay more and wait longer to go somewhere else."
"First I was 2 minutes late to my ct scan and the receptionist whom I called and let her know that I was going to be 2 minutes late said I was all good. The receptionist then told me when I walked in that being 2 minutes late they gave someone else the appointment and forced me to wait 1.5 hrs for a new appointment. Then I was sent 1 bill a while back and I had lost it by accident and just got a very rude letter stating that it’s the final notice. No calls from them. No website to go on and pay. The ct machine acted up several times. Hope I wasn’t charged for the multiple runs either. I will pay and never have anything to do with this place again. The tech was nice and apologized that the machine was acting up atleast."
"Unfriendly, unprofessional and just plain rude. I brought my sister in for an MRI emergent situation with her shoulder. She was in excruciating pain. They didn't get the FAX from the doctor and were unwilling to help her out with contacting them to get it re-sent. She texted me, I called the imaging office trying to understand what the problem was. When she told me she didn't get the fax yet, I ask couldn't she call the docs office? Her answer was I guess!?! What the hell else do you have to do but make appts for people who need help? She told my sister she called, but I'm not so sure. My sister called thirty minutes later and said it had not arrived yet. I called the Dr. office, and they said they sent it earlier attention to someone else. This lady just didn't look hard enough. I had them send it attention to "Linda" . What do you know, as I was telling my sister they would send it again, it arrived! Not a place I will ever use and I won't recommend it for anyone I know!!!!!"
"On 6/24/20 for the first time (at this company) I was scheduled for MRI, the receptionist was nice. The two tech radiologists ( a men and a women) abused their power. They forced me to stay on the MRI table for more then 100 minutes against my will, despite the fact that I asked both of them to let me get up because I am in excruciating pain and also I have to use the ladies room. I hope someone will take this incident seriously and solve this case ASAP."
"Disclaimer: I have not actually BEEN here, only dealt with them. That said, my experience was completely and utterly positive. I had to call multiple times in a single day to reschedule (the scheduling issues were entirely on my end). They dealt with me very patiently. Then, it came to light I no longer needed the imaging, so I canceled the appointment. A few days later, they called to see if I needed to make a new appointment: this sort of follow through, to make sure I was getting the care I needed, was not something I'd been treated with before, and though I didn't need it in this particular scenario, I appreciated it nonetheless, as it speaks to the attention I feel they give their patients."
