"I found this office from my insurance, Humana Military or Tricare East. Also, my women's health provider recommended them. I verified with my insurance that the visit would be covered. Most of their providers was listed as covered providers. This was recommended by Kind body. I also checked their website and saw Humana listed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and use their portal. There was great information and resources. I followed all directions including filling out pages upon pages of my personal information and inviting my husband to create his portal login. I was looking forward to this appointment. Day of the appointment- I received a call from their number but due to a work meeting, I could not answer. I called back within 15 mins. The front desk person didn't know why someone would call. She checked with the provider and they figured it was the benefits person calling to verify. She said it would probably be covered at my afternoon appointment, but they may call back. About an hour before my appointment, I logged into the portal and see a message from Tempis, "...I am an Insurance Coordinator with Kindbody. I am reaching out to you because upon verifying your infertility benefits, I was informed that Kindbody is "out of network" with Tricare we are not contracted. Unfortunately, they expressed that you only have coverage with "in network" providers. Any services rendered at Kindbody will be considered Self Pay, and payment will be due at time of service. The new patient consultation is $300 and that will be collected upon check in." I called in to cancel my appointment and spoke to Sadie. She confirmed I was out of network. I went ahead with cancelling the appointment thinking I most have misread my insurance site. Nope. I reverified on Humana that providers were in-network. I called back to question this. Sadie then let me know that they were still in-network, but they have just decided to stop taking Tricare in 2024. I communicated that this should be made clear especially since it is 3 months into the year. This is strange. All in all, my time was wasted."

"Every employee I've worked with at KindBody from reception, to nurses, to doctors, has been amazing. This clinic is competent, professional, and compassionate. I am actually going to miss this place when I move on, back to my regular OBGYN. I can’t recommend this clinic enough. The IVF process is not an easy one, but having a team that you can’t absolutely trust and rely on is invaluable."

"I cannot say enough good things about this office and the staff! Dr. Copper has been absolutely amazing to work with and I trust her every step of the way. My nurse Alana has amazing communication and is so patient and understanding. I recently relocated to Florida and have continued care at this office due to my wonderful experiences. "I was very excited to start my journey with Kindbody. I called and was able to get scheduled for a consultation right away. During the first phone call, I gave my insurance information, asking if I would be covered and was told YES! I did my consultation with Dr.Rhee, after going over a few things we discussed how long I have been trying to conceive and was asked a series of questions. She then explained to me she believed since I have never been pregnant, and have been trying for quite some time, that I may have a simple blockage. We proceeded to schedule a SIS and a HSG to take a closer look. I sent my husbands Semen analysis along with my gynecologist results from my Pap smear. I was prescribed an antibiotic to start taking before my HSG, had picked it up from my local pharmacy. Not even 24 hours before my SIS appointment I am called and told I would need $2000 at the time of appointment bc my insurance does not cover any of it. This office built me up, talked me through steps, building my hope, for nothing. Instance should have been verified before any appointments were set and before any personal information for myself, or my husband was given."

"There’s so many reviews about lack of communication and I will say that is the opposite of my experience. I transferred from another STL clinic because of the lack of communication and care, and immediately everything was better at Kindbody. I get calls on results sometimes before noon, which was amazing! My last clinic they would wait until 6 pm and it was agonizing waiting for a call. They always responded to every portal message in a timely manner and whenever I requested a call, my nurse Alana called me right away. Dr. Cooper was amazing, as well as NP Katie Bale. The ultrasound tech was always sooo sweet. And the front desk always answered the phone, so I’m not sure why the other reviews mentioned they had trouble getting someone on the phone. Maybe 1 of every 10 calls that happened probably because they were busy but it was unusual to not get someone on the phone. I had to call the on call nurse after hours once or twice and had great response."
