"So, I'm dealing with the same issue as everyone in the review section. I received a letter from an account resolution Corp to "collect a debt". Every bill that I have received from Ernst was paid ON TIME!!! No other bills were received after last payment. Here I'm thinking everything was paid but noooo here come the debt collector letter. I've have made several attempts to contact Ernst directly but unable to get anyone but an automated response saying they're have tech difficulties and try back later. I've been trying to try back later for a week. Then I've tried to email w no response. There has got to be a way to put a stop to this lackbthere of place! Just frustrated."

"I was able to find a number to their lawyer before a number that would connect me to anyone who actually worked at the radiologist clinic. Two-thirds of their suggested payment methods, a defunct website and an automated call center with no way to contact an operator, were also inaccessible. The third was a pay by mail option. Everything about this feels like a scam."

"Likes to send bills straight to collections. From the looks of other descriptions here this has been their practice for years. They need a new billing system. This one is a fail."

Asked for a bill from them be sent to us, they replied no. We pay our bills, when we get them. Hope to NEVER have to deal with this company."
