"I had a very good experience with my surgical procedure, but they collected over $2,500 too much from me up front and I have been waiting 60 days for a refund. Every time I call them about it, they tell me the check is being issued today (what a coincidence). This has happened three times and I still don't have my money. Not sure I would use them again."

"The doctors and nurses were great but their billing department is horrible. They make you prepay for the surgery yet won't return calls after weeks of trying. Since they chose not to bill my insurance company in a timely manner, I already met my deductible and out of pocket maximum, meaning I am due for a refund. I also wanted to cancel automatic debits I set up but since they wouldn't answer the phone, I couldn't do that and ended up cancelling my card. They didn't have to chase me down to get my money so I don't understand why I have to chase them down to get a return call. This is horrible customer service. I will never use this company again!"

"Schedule surgery Mid May for Mid July. I was contacted the week before my surgery and told that I had to prepay $ 2,800. I now have an over payment of almost $ 1,000. I am waiting patiently for my money back. Meanwhile my doctor is requesting that I pay up. I would if I could get my money back. Surgery was on Friday. I was the last patient of the day. I couldn't have anyone with me due to Covid. I was barely out of the anesthesia when they wheeled me out the door. I had rotator cuff surgery. I was not shown how to get the sling on and off nor was my family member shown. Experience was less than stellar."

"Just recently had an ACL reconstruction here with Doctor Scott Zehnder and the entire process was fantastic. My anesthesiologists, Dr Mike Ryan was a joy to work with and made things more comfortable and relaxing. My post op nurse, Laura was very caring and kept my wife updated regularly on my status. My nurse anesthetist, Diana, was great and kept me informed on how the anesthesia would work during the procedure. The entire pre-op team was kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. I hope not to have a reason to be back there but they would be my first choice for any orthopedic procedure! Highly recommend."
