"Similar to another review, I was also informed that my interview would be rushed. I almost missed my in-person interview because I did online check in when I arrived, as instructed, until finally asking a staff member who informed me that they never check the online check in and I shouldn’t use it. It has been almost 4 months and I still don’t have access to my records as promised. My calls and voicemails to this clinic have not been returned or acknowledged. This has been disappointing, and to top it off my visit notes were supposed to have advice/suggestions on how to help me with my struggles."
