"I was bait and switched! At their office they told me my insurance would cover 95% of the cost. I had basically a sprained ankle and thought for such a low price I would go twice a week to get it taken care of (my ankle had bothered me for well over a year). After a month of this, I come in one day and they let me know my bill is due of over $1,000!! I couldn't believe it! Well it turned out that the lady at the front desk had read my insurance wrong. I then talked to the manager and tried to find out if we could work something out; after all the only reason I did so many sessions was because it was so cheap. I waited nearly 6 months for the manager to get back to me, and then he pretty much told me there was nothing they could, even though THEY MESSED UP! I can't believe this. So now I am on the hook for this massive bill! To be clear, the physicians were great. But it was clear after everything, that I was really just a paycheck for somebody and that they didn't care about my well being. They just wanted their money."
