"My wife and I both go to this office. I have Doctor Riegel and she has Doctor Mathews. Not only are these two great doctors, everyone in their office are great as well. All are very helpful and keep us informed and even call us with updates late into the evening hours. GI issues are never fun to deal with but these doctors and all the personnel there make it as easy as possible."

"Multiple conflicting verbal and written instructions. No warning given as to the "effectiveness" of a new preparation RX. So aggressive I didn't want to chance going to bed. Again, no mention of this. No advice provided verbally on diet upon discharge. Document provided later said I was given this advice, however, my wife says I was not. Was verbally told both 5 and 10 year follow up. TONS of prior follow up to make sure I was not going to cancel or change my appointment. This seems to be Gateway's top priority, to keep the procedure conveyor belt moving as quickly as possible with no interruptions to the revenue stream. One star because I feel if you're doing a routine exam, just not the level of focus and care detail I would want. Doesn't take long to correct / update conflicting "boilerplate" info, and not too hard to give patients a "heads up" on the impact of the newer preparation Rx's."
