"I wasn't fully satisfied with the doctors diagnosis of my work related injury. I was told I strained my trapeze muscle in my back. I mentioned various times that I was experiencing tingling in my left arm, left hand, and a little in my right hand. Which I'm still feeling occasionally depending on how I move throughout my daily activities. Anytime a neck, or upper back area, hurts and there's tingling in either extremity meens a nerve is being pinched. I would've thought an ultrasound or MRI would've been given considering the tingling sensations in my arms/hands but no. Instead I was diagnosed with a strained muscle and given medications. The physical therapist was even slightly concerned that I had not received an x-ray, or ultrasound, to help diagnose what was causing my pinched nerve. He carefully reassessed my injury making sure my cervical area seemed alright before he proceeded with my physical therapy. Now, two weeks later, I still get a slight tingling in my hands and the muscle in my back tightens up in protest if my daily activities were too much. The staff were all polite, including the doctor and physical therapy specialist Andy. I would recommend this place depending solely on what injury you're visiting this location with. I believe more radiology should be considered for the patients, like myself, to thoroughly diagnose the injuries.."

"I loved the staff who helped me. I told the nurse which arm I was more comfortable with for my test and vaccine and they made sure to use that arm even though it meant that I had to stay a few minutes longer. And the nurse who took my blood made it super easy, she talked to me while she was setting up and also when she drew the samples. So I really appreciated her for making that comfortable for me. And the nurse who gave me my flu vaccine asked me if she could count down or just stick me with no warning and she listened to my request. The woman up front was also really good, she talked me through everything I had to do and I really appreciate everything those wonderful women did just to make me comfortable. Thank you so much."

"I've never had issues with the Fenton location. Everyone there help you as much as they can and are extremely nice no matter how busy they get. If you go in enough like I tend to do, they remember you and always welcome you. I will always prefer this location to any other urgent care facility!"
