"I mostly review restaurants, parks and kids playgrounds. But after coming to Clarkson Eyecare for my annual eye exam for two years, I can confidently say - they are best at what they do! Conveniently located in Chesterfield, they offer great service and attentive care to make sure you can see this review and everything else."

"Well I at first went to the wrong one. However that one in Ellisville sent me to the correct one. Asking them to push my appt for 10:40am. It was on Clarkson Rd in Chesterfield. I went in and the lady asked for my DL. I gave it to her. She looked at it and said oh I can’t take this it’s expired. I then said my DL is not expired. I think you should look again. After telling me it was expired I took my card and showed her my DL was not expired. It expired in 2030. She was a know it all. (Reddish brown hair with glasses on.) The know it all didn’t sit down and explain what I was eligible for what I wasn’t she was ill prepared. This was disappointing. The Doctor her name started with an S. And she wore glasses. I believe she was East Asian She was fabulous. She went into depth about my exam, why, and what was needed. The health of my eyes. Contacts and how often I wear them. Then I found some glasses. The second lady( She had dark brownish/blackish hair with orange tips)told me what I was eligible for. I picked a pair of glasses but did not have enough cash to buy them. So I asked her if the process could at least be started like the measurements etc. She stated oh no we don’t do that until you’re ready to buy them. Mind you I have limited time. She was acted like I could not afford the glasses. I left. I then called and left a message to purchase them because I forgot I had my debit card. She never returned my call. So I called and I was told I had to come back in to get them fitted and measured. I told the lady that is what I asked her to do and she said she couldn’t do it. However, she could. So I went in today and got the same girl who helped me that said she couldn’t do any measurements. I explained to her I was disappointed in her because she never returned my phone call and she could have taken the measurements and she didn’t. This lady said well I can help you now. No accountability no well I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you. And yes I could have taken your measurements. She just pretended like nothing happened. So I would go back because of the doctors. But the staff at least the ones I encountered were ill prepared and lacking development skills in customer service. And pretty unprofessional. Buyer just beware if you go there."

"Dr. Justin Wilkinson is excellent. I see him for my routine vision care and for medical examinations on my eyes. I have purchased glasses from Clarkson Eyecare numerous times in the past. They have a broad selection of styles in every price range. The service is generally friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking and I have never had to wait very long for an appointment."
