"Love my therapist to pieces, but somehow, my appointment times keep getting changed. I always schedule them for Thursdays, which I double AND triple check to make sure I do, and I still manage to get moved to a different day in the week. I'm not even available on Wednesdays, which I have made known to my therapist, so I don't know why they would move me to a Wednesday appointment."

"STAY AWAY. This company is so sketchy, they deleted their other locations from Google so you could not see their horrible reviews. If you are seeking help, go anywhere but here. They completely ghosted me and put my health and safety in jeopardy. 1 year later, I'm still strugling because of the time wasted here. I'm terrified to go through the process again. "Usually they have been on top of things for me, but they forgot to give me prescription refills like they normally do and now I’m stuck without medication until if/when they respond to my email or voicemail. There is no way to talk to someone or get confirmation that they’re at least aware of my situation. The only offer assurance it will be taken care of within 5 business days which is way too long. Maybe this will get some sort of acknowledgment. Edit: they did get back to me today and call in the script."

"Believe the reviews because this place is awful. They NEVER answer the phone. You always have to leave a message and it takes them 5 days to call back. I've been needing a prescription refilled for 2 weeks. The pharmacy has called and faxed multiple times. I've called multiple times to no avail. I can not recommend enough to go somewhere else."

"I'm so done with this place. Trust the reviews! I scheduled ADHD testing back around March and when the initial visit finally came, they had lost my paperwork and gave away my time slot. They only answered my emails and phone calls after I had tried to reach them repeatedly. They also hardly ever answer the phone so goodluck communicating with the office The reminders for the next appointment didn't include location or anything so I had to track down where to go as well. I'm sure some of the doctors are good but I would avoid this facility like it was the plague"
