"I was on month 4 or 5 of worsening pain that kept moving down my arm. My doctor said that I may have a slight tear in my rotator and bicep tendinitis. Needless to say I was worried surgery was inevitable if therapy didn’t work. When I started therapy at advanced training and rehab I was desperate for relief. I knew I was in the right place immediately as soon as I walked in the door. Nina and Audrey were not only hilarious but extremely welcoming. That never faded over my time there. Every time I saw them my day was better. They are top notch and the best front of house duo I have probably ever met. Justin Buck was my physical therapist. He is a miracle worker. I went in scared, in pain and depressed. He progressed me through range of motion and strength at exactly the speed I needed. If my shoulder was especially tight or pinching he could stretch it in a way that I could go overhead with no pinching. I remember going in after months of no relief and telling him I was feeling ZERO pain. I was so stoked! He is very personable and kind. When he is in the room it’s just a good energy where you feel comfortable. I have already been telling everyone who will listen to go see Justin. I would be remiss without mentioning Brooke. She is on top of her game daily. The minute she hears a beep she is on it to help someone with ice, heat or stem pads. She knows everyone’s exercises and the weights they need. She is quick with a smile and always took the time to chat with me. She is not only a fabulous hard worker, you can tell she is a good person. If you can’t tell, I really enjoyed this place. They deserve a major award for being so stellar!"
