"Finally had enough and found a different primary care doc. The main reason I put up with the communication issues for so long was because they could usually book an appointment the same day or next day. Then Hinton took over and it got even worse. I called multiple days at multiple times before I could even get through to request an appointment. When I was there last time, I heard the receptionist say they were very understaffed and several people had quit. I believe that's true, and management is failing this office. I'm happy at my new doc, I can just text them for an appointment. It's so much better."
