"I've gone here for about 2 years maybe and they were great, nice treated me with respect till one day, I made an appointment for a UTI because I was experiencing great discomfort. The staff was rude, treating me as if I was an incompetent child! They never called me back with my results.. I had to call them twice! The first time was on Tuesday at 12. They said the test was pending.. expected around noon. Wednesday comes around, I hear nothing! Till I finally call them again! On Thursday. They were holding there laughter because it was clear I was upset by the tone of my voice. They told me the test came up negative but just wasn't going to tell me anything. So I said. "Don't you think it would have been nice to tell me that, so I'm not wasting my time and suffering from the pain." All they said "would you like an appointment." No thank you! If you like being treated like a joke, exceptional healthcare's a place for you!"
