"Great to finally get a diagnoses but it doesn’t mean anything when they are unwilling to give my referral to an actual ENT and I have called multiple times multiple days and have not got a hold of somebody or have been hung up on."

"I went to Sound Health three times for vocal cord issues. The ENT was dismissive and acted like he had a million better things to do than talk to me. I’m no better than I was when I first went. Then I get a huge bill, which is to be expected. When you go to their online portal, you’re led to believe you can pay over time. But then they send you letters threatening to send you to collections even though you’re making monthly payments. Not to mention it’s hell trying to get someone on the phone. If you want an ENT that cares, go elsewhere."

"In terms of the actual medical services I received, I give them a 5 out of 5 and will keep my follow-up appointment for later this year. The ENT I saw as well as the audiologist were fantastic. The billing department however, are not. I'd give them a 2 out of 5 at best. They don't answer, ever. I've tried to talk to someone at least a dozen times, and they do not answer or call you back."

"I am so glad I went to Sound Health Services. Megan Gomer is the NP that I seen and I am so grateful for her. I was dealing with severe vertigo, n/v, dizziness, and I had gone to 3 different doctors before coming across Sound Health. They were able to get me in by appt the next day when I called them. Within 15 minutes, Megan was able to give me a diagnosis and prescribe me medication that helped me within 2 days of taking it.
