"Had to give one star to leave a review . My sister had a horrible experience, treated horribly by NP Cheryl Wilson . This person has zero business being in the medical field. She needs to find another profession. Speaking negatively about patients while the patients can hear her ! Then continue to negative talk while seeing the sick patient. Beyond un-professional . I wouldn’t take my dog there. My sister went to Urgent Care & was treated for strep & taken care of professionally . Do not waste your time or effort going to this terrible place. Management needs to review their employees & make serious changes !"
"Doesnt even deserve one star but I had to give one to leave a review!! This office is a poor excuse for a doctors office!! Withholding test results that are LIFE THREATENING TO A PATIENT...and when the patient gets upset about it you act as if the patient is in the wrong!! Takes a month to even get orders to get tests, and they act as if they are not important to them when knowing this is a is a life threatening disease... I would rather not contact your office to get the same line of lies Ive gotten all along...as I said I took care of the problem and found another doctor that actually knows how to be a doctor and cares about their patients...and am having the proper tests and things that your office should have been running all along done...and to find out that I may have new clots...YOU HAD BEST HOPE I DONT!! At that point I will be contacting a lawyer..."
"Absolutely terrible! We have been calling for weeks. We have also been on hold for long periods of time only to be hung up on. Left messages with no return calls. I also sent emails with no response . Our Pharmacy has tried to contact them with no return calls. Finally got ahold of someone today for them to tell me that the Byrnes Mill location is closed and won't open for another month or more. How about you say that on your phone message so that we don't have to waste our time? Been told they have thousands of other customers that they need to deal with. Unbelievable poor service! Which makes us feel like we are the least of your worries . My husband needed an appointment or at least a refill. Then to top it off whoever I spoke to refused to give me her name!"
"nothing but problems since I decided to come back to this office for my medical care. I liked Amanda and she is good, but that office staff?????? I called on Friday and was told Amanda was out of the office. Fine no problem. Receptionist calls me Monday morning inquiring about my pill count. Told her that is not what I called the office for, she then transfers me to the MA voice mail. I hung up. I ask them for a lab order which at a prior visit was told to call the office by Amanda. I did this. The message got messed up they kept telling me how many pills I should have. Not what I callled about or what I said to them. Never once got to speak with Amanda herself on this problem. MA the felt the need to call my pharmacy and inquire as to what was going on and to try and get a handle on the problem. Really, what is that all about. Spoke with MA on Monday evening and she was to check with Amanda about lab order. Today is Thursday and still no communication from office about lab order. No matter, done with this office. Made appt with a new provider."
