"DMV quality service and attitude. Receptionist are exceptionally uncaring and rude. Cannot "walk-in" for appointment: you will sit around for hours with no one in the lobby while the staff distract themselves on their devices."

"My husband and I went here to get a covid test. Hubby decided to get a flu test done as well, I opted out of the flu testing. Somehow I was still charged more for my visit than my husband was who had more test ran on him."

"Went there for a HEP A vaccine but ended up being sick the doctor was running behind which I understand that happens and doesn’t bother me I go back about 15-20 mins late because of this I let her know that my husband was there earlier today and tested positive for strep and I need to get a strep test done because we have similar symptoms she let me know that the time slots for appointments were 25 mins and that since I was brought back late I would not be able to get the test she also told me I need to come back tomorrow since strep is serious and can turn into rheumatic fever I don’t understand how I sat and waited for this appointment should have had 25 mins with the doctor which would have been plenty of time for the test and then I am told I can’t get a the test which takes 20 mins or less since she is running behind"
