Returned again to pick up frames, same situation. Front desk is the first person you see when you enter the medical facility and they couldn’t be more rude and unfriendly. Won’t be back and wouldn’t suggest."

"I go to the office at St Luke's hospital to see my Dr. I go to winghaven to get my glasses adjusted for fit. They're always very helpful getting me and my wheelchair situated. The only reason for the four star is they take a marathon lunch like 11:30 to 1:00"

Dr Brothers listened to all my concerns and helped me find the right course of treatment for my chronic dry eye. Both of my kids love her. Best doctor ever!"

"About a month ago, I had my eyes checked in the O'Fallon office. Dr. Saggett advised that I had a cataract but not sufficient for surgery. A prescription was written and to save some money I went to another supplier and bought a pair of regular single vision glasses and a pair of sunglasses. When the glasses cane in, I immediately advised the technician that I can see as well without the glasses than with them. ?? She immediately checked the glasses a told me they were per the prescription. I went back to Dr. Saggett's office, and the staff lady in the glasses department checked the glasses and advised they were per the prescription. I had to make an appointment and the next week went back to see the doctor. I was rechecked by his assistent, then Dr. Saggett came in and after a brief inspection stated that my eyes probably need to be seen by a surgeon and he could suggest someone. I told him I had bought two pair of glasses at almost $550 that I can't use. He stated that he thought he told me "the prescription might not work." I stated that no, that was never said to me, otherwise I would not have bought two pair of glasses using the prescription. I told him I can see better with my 5 year old glasses. He wrote me a prescription from my old glasses but offered no assistance on the glasses I could not use and no money back on the $247 examination fee from his office. As of this date, 1/31/2020, I am very dissatisfied and certainly would not recommend this firm."
