"The lady at the clinic was very rude. We were at the CVS for flu and Covid shots. She got mad at us and insulted us for being in her area and filling out her paperwork - by the way there is paperwork there “please complete for flu vaccinations”. She asked us if we read the signs - we did. And they say to complete this paperwork. She then proceeds to argue with us that we missed the small ambiguous sign that point to flu shots or sick visit paperwork. What the sign should read is “THIS AREA FOR CLINIC ONLY. FOR CVS VACCINATIONS PLEASE GO TO CVS PHARMACY COUNTER”. We told her we now understand we need to talk to the pharmacy and apologized. She continued for several minutes to talk lowly about us to… no one, herself. She only did that to insult us. We heard it all and asked her to drop it. She said OK, let’s drop it, then she again continues to talk under her breath. OMG. I can’t speak to the medical care for the location just my experience with the lady who is short and has black hair. If her supervisors want to reach out to me I am happy to talk to them about my experience."

"Dr. Pinto is by far one of the nicest, most caring Doctors my family & I have ever had take care of us when we're sick! She never ever rushes, takes her time, really focuses on every detail that other Dr's tend to forget. If one of my kids is sick, ear infection etc..Dr. Pinto will let me see inside the same scope she looks in to see up close with what is going on with my kids illnesses. We really care for her alot and sometimes go to her instead of our primary & pediatrician Because we know we'll be TAKEn well CARE of right then and there (NOW) and be in the best hands!! This is not just a CLINIC, it goes above and beyond...."

"Dr Pinto's office offers physicals, immunizations, as well as sick visits. Dr Pinto was an ER doctor at one of the areas top hospitals before opening her own office, so she has lots of experience. They always give a thorough exam and have time to answer any questions. Not like some places who spend the minimum time with you so they can meet their quota of patients. She has seen every one in my family. I don't know about you, but my kids get sick on the weekends and at school. Their pediatrician rarely had openings when they were sick, so we started going straight to Dr Pinto's office. Her office is open until 6 weekdays. They're even open on Saturday and Sunday. The faster you get the medication you need, the faster you start feeling better. The pharmacy shares the waiting room and she will hand the prescription(s) to the pharmacist if you like so they can get it ready for you. The pharmacy usually has it ready (or almost ready) when we walk out of the office, so no need for a second stop or waiting to feel better."

"My family has used this clinic many times in the past few years. Sometimes the wait can be long, but it's one person! Dr. Pinto is a caring and experienced physician who has always taken very good care of us. I wish she were my primary care physician!"

"I had my daughter to Urgent Care earlier that day and brought her to the now express care and Dr Pinto helped us out a lot and got my daughter feeling better within a few minutes. She was having problems breathing and urgent care did not give her any medication for it but Dr Pinto at now express care took great care of her."
