She looked at everyone in the store crazy like we were all going to steal from the and was obsessively watching the cameras as were at the front counter. Do not waste your time here as the owner is prejudiced with really ugly energy. Very uncomfortable experience."

"I've been to too many beauty supply stores and this one is one of the best ones. Michelle is so kind and very helpful. She's always willing to give her full attention and even though her English is minimal, she really tries to communicate with you. She has many, many things but extremely organized and categorized. Many human hair wigs and extensions. I can understand why people would want to take advantage of her generosity and kindness. I love this place. I will definitely come back here."

"You have to shop where you are respected and valued as a customer. Unfortunately with new management, this isn’t the case. I will not be returning to this store after being treated pretty poorly. The new owner constantly sits behind the counter watching things on her laptop and not really paying any attention to her customers. To add insult to injury she shouts across the store and accuses you of opening products if you’re standing in one spot too long. She made me feel really uncomfortable today when all I was doing was reading the back of products to ensure they were healthy for my hair. I’m a school teacher and I’m natural so I tend to spend time actually reading the back of products before purchasing; however, it doesn’t warrant the ill treatment I often receive at this store. As a result of this, I notified the new owner that I wouldn’t be returning. The previous owner Heather was so kind and truly valued her customers. Save your money and spend it somewhere you won’t be treated poorly."
