"Unfortunately, my experience with this orthopedic surgeon's office was extremely disappointing. They displayed a clear lack of regard for patients, prioritizing profit over care. Despite my urgent need for paperwork due to my job requirements, they demanded a $35 fee just to sign papers and could take up to 7 days to complete it, potentially jeopardizing my employment. The receptionist was shockingly rude, and the nurse practitioner proved to be deceitful. She blatantly lied to my mother about my medical history, claiming ignorance of my prior knee surgeries, which was contradicted by the documented evidence and previous discussions with their staff. Furthermore, she initially refused to provide a referral for an MRI until my mother intervened. This behavior is unacceptable and unethical. Additionally, the office attempted to schedule another appointment just two weeks later, further highlighting their profit-driven approach. In summary, this office's greed, lack of compassion, and dishonesty make it impossible for me to recommend them to anyone seeking orthopedic care. FIRST VISIT AND LAST VISIT."

"Dr Greiner is amazing. After two failed shoulder surgeries I had him do my third. I was back to work after two months. His staff is friendly and very helpful. He is by far the best in orthopedics. Highly recommend. My range of motion is great and healed quickly."

"The Dr was amazing! Very thorough and knowledgeable but the front office staff, not so much. There’s a certain couth you should have when dealing with people who help support your business and in turn keep you employed. You could hear how they talked about clients that called in after they hung up with them and made fun of them, mocked them or were very belittling in tone and manner. My turn would shortly be next. My insurance(s) had and still have issues with who is to pay what and when and when they called to verify I gave them both and she said “it’s not my job to verify your insurance or your coverage, I just have to note your account that I called so I can send it to collections.” So as a person who has not one but two insurances, both said they sent request for information to them so they could identify who would be primary and as of months later just a credit hit but still no verification. It’s sad because I work at and in the office at a large employer and have made sure to not refer anyone or give good reference, solely based on the lack of respect I witnessed and received. It’s sad because the Dr is so friendly, knowledgeable and patient. But no one should be subject to snide staff."
