"Just had my first ever surgery here - despite my nervousness all interactions we had with the nursing team, anesthesia, front desk were great and reassuring! All of our questions were answered thoroughly and I felt like I was in great care the entire duration I was there. Dr. Stephanie Bollenbach did my surgery and she was excellent!"

"I think you pre-op nurses need more training. The first nurse that tried to put an I.v. line in had no idea what she was doing. She didn't wear gloves, didn't really look for a vein, just started digging in my hand. I finally told her to stop and she got another nurse. The second dropped the port, that was going into my bloodstream, on the floor and didn't replace it. I asked her to and said, I wiped it off. Not exactly upscale care."

"Surgery was fine, but they have the most incompetent billing department I have ever seen. They send you a remittance with no return address on the statement, they give you the address in person, it gets returned by the post office, their billing department can't tell me how to access my account online, no one will return my call from billing department, and no matter how much I pay per month, I was told I will be sent to collections for not letting them automatically draft my account."

"I thought the people were nice as pie. However, when getting down to the nitty gritty - the ability of the nurses was subpar. There was no getting in an IV - and then someone jabbed me in the forearm with a needle without warning - this bruise lasted for over a month. It was very painful. Upon release I was observed - but nurse took out IV - very sloppy - right over me - sprayed herself with blood and got it all over my clothes. Not impressed with protocol and IV work. Very poor care there in this regard."
