"Doctors here are great, Dr Loeb is our primary pediatrician and she's amazing. The front desk folks get a bad rap, they are not so bad. When it comes to collecting dues and following the 10min no show rule they are strict. I've dealt with this personally and it sucks, but as my 8yo would say "rules be rules." I can appreciate running a tight ship even though it sucks when you're the one having the negative experience."

"Once a trusted practice, but no longer for many reasons. Unfortunately management has a business team that is rude and untrustworthy. Billing handled incorrectly, despite our address being updated 9 years ago! A bill from 2021 was sent to previous address, because it wasn’t updated within their own system in different areas. Ultimately once the manager spoke with me she admitted the address was correct in one screen, but not the other, yet stated it was my responsibility to know it wasn’t updated throughout their entire system. Balance was paid in full once I finally received the bill and date of service to verify if it was legitimate."
