Even thought I was told I’d have results that afternoon. No one can return my call. The front desk just sends you to voicemail for anything other than scheduling."

"Have been coming here for awhile. Although yes the wait seems to be long it's well worth it. My Dr is Dr Edwards she is A great doctor she will tackle as many problems as you have in one visit. Most places have you stick to one problem and make appointments for the rest of your problems not doctor Edwards."

"Was my childhood practice. Seemed fine then. Just went back after not having gone for 8-10 years to get a sore throat-fever looked into. Called early for a same-day appointment and they told me to show up 20 mins early to do preliminary paperwork since my file had been purged. No problems, show up 30 mins early, do my paperwork, and end up waiting for 2 hours to see others show up after me be seen and leave. Finally was called, Dr. Edwards I believe did a quick strep test, which showed up negative, but didn't dare take the time to speculate that it be anything else and just threw me a prescription for antibiotics and sent me on my way. 24 hours later I'm in the ER with extreme pain for a PeriTonsillar Abscess that the doctor claimed was pretty damned evident. Apparently anyone can get a doctorate these days...? I'll be looking elsewhere for my next visit."
