"This place deserves zero stars. As many other reviews have stated before me. My grandmother has lived in this facility several years. She is wheelchair bound. They have went many times without bathing her for several weeks. They fail to get her dressed out of bed , lack on giving medication and any basic needs. Her clothing, jewlrey, purses, coins and personal items have been stolen many times. They have caused her to fall and break bones because of lack of staff to assist. The food is inedible, seriously disgusting. Administration will constantly tell you they are working on it, Investigating but no changes will be made. Most staff will be sat on their phones ignoring patients, including head staff. There are only a few good workers remaining who have not left. If your relatives mind is slipping the neglect will be even greater than what has been mentioned. Those people get it even worse. They have shortened her years remaining."

"Recently toured this facility and was impressed!! Friendly staff, very personable and professional!! Answered all of our questions with knowledge of how to care for our loved one. Residents seem very happy and I would have no concerns about them caring for my loved ones!!"

"Toured the facility and it was very clean and home like and staff was very friendly. There were a lot of activities for the residents and they seemed to be having a good time. I would feel at ease with my parent living there and feeling they were well taken care of."

"DO NOT put your loved ones in this facility! You will regret it! My grandmother would have lived longer if it wasn't for the careless workers here. She only lived here for FOUR months. FOUR months! In the last month of her life at this place there was an incident. We still do not know the true story, as we've heard multiple different stories by the workers here. She very quickly went downhill, and sadly passed away. Find a different place and do your research. Visit several times before deciding and visit unexpectedly. Please DO NOT trust this place with your loved ones!! Response to SG since I cannot submit a reply to them- You basically gave the same corporate pushed response to another 1 star review. What exactly could you research in my complaint?! That a grandmother stayed at your facility for 4 months? This place is a joke. My grandma's name is MARY, and this place FAILED her after promising she'd be in the best care!!"
