"Friendly office staff, very accommodating for my toddler’s first eye exam. Dr. Ruelle seems very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Appreciated his great bedside (chair side?) manners and really made my kiddo feel at ease. Easy to schedule and reschedule and plenty of appointment reminders. "It was by pure luck that I found this place. To make a long story short, I needed a specific lense for my progressive vision. My normal place went under different management and the glasses/lenses they sold me were terrible and quite expensive. I finally got a refund after 3 months but had no eyeglasses. I tried several other places and no one could order what I needed. I called here and spoke with Hector. He was able to help me on the spot. He made a few phone calls and remeasured me to make sure things were just right. He made my day! I just picked up my glasses and they are PERFECT! When I first went in, I was greeted by Amanda who was so friendly and welcoming! She made me feel at home, showed me their inventory of glasses and walked me through the eye care experience there. When I went back for my eye exam, the doctor was super friendly and knowledgeable. Ivonne was just awesome! She helped me pick out the perfect frame that fits my style, personality and facial structure while being reasonably priced. Overall it was a great first experience!
