"Save yourself some serious headache and go elsewhere for cancer treatment. The Doctors and Nurses are great along with the support staff. We have however, had constant issues with them dealing with our insurance company. Apparently they are out-of-network with some in-network staff. Yet they withheld the claims for the out-of-network Doctors until just recently. These claims go back four months and total several thousand dollars. The large majority of these charges could have been avoided if they had simply processed everything as the services were rendered. I still do not know if there are more out-of-network charges waiting to be processed. We have also had problems with a general lack of communication from them concerning tests and exam dates, proposed medication and treatment plans, financial concerns and more. We have just learned that if we have a question or concern, we need to call the Oncologist directly, because no one else around there knows specifics. The Oncologist by the way, we have only seen once four months ago."
