"Don't come here! I waited for a total of two hours to simply get my eyebrow taped up and the blood cleaned off my head from an accident I had. The nurse left all the bloody cotton balls an with the mixture she was using to clean me on the patient table. The time it took between the nurse and doctor was unreasonably long for me to be the only patient there at 6pm. I then saw everyone exit the room while we waited their for over half an hour for the next phase and my wound still open, to see everyone there including the doctor exit the common room laughing with a video playing in the background. I felt disrespected for my time spent and my wound not being closed until the very end of the multiple hours I was there. Not only was the nurse unsanitary she would stop her procedure every time she would talk to my friend, like it was a casual thing for me still be bleeding and making everything take so much longer. After the doctor finally glued and applied tape to my wound, I saw how quick this entire experience could have been. It was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone."

"Everyone working there was very kind and efficient. The only problem was that I had an injury that required an X-ray and they had no X-ray tech on staff that day. I had to go to another CareNow facility for an X-ray. However they were quick, efficient and kind and I was called with my report within an hour!"
