"I showed up to my visit and the doctor refused to help me so I'm not sure why it says I didn't show up because I did and she refused to help me. I have a severe toothache with face swelling and she just told me I should go to the ER. Very poor practice. I was in there for less than 1 minute. She basically pushed me out and she acted like she didn't even want me to be there in the first place. Please do better and address this CVS. Thank you"
"Clinic refused to see child with an ear infection, claiming all appointments for the day were booked with COVID vaccine appointments. No other patients were there at the time that we were begging them to just look in the child’s ear."
