"Not a good experience for me. I was looking for a doctor in Paragould and decided to give Hines a try. First off I was never told anything about bringing in the physical bottles of my current medication but when I arrived I was told I would have to reschedule my appointment because I didn’t have them. Fortunately, a nice lady named Jennifer stepped in and said it was ok. I explained I had pictures of each bottle on my phone and would be happy to share them if needed. My appointment was at 2:15 and I arrived at 2:00. At 3:15 I felt like I had given a solid hour of my time waiting. I had already paid my co pay, but decided going back to work would still make me money ahead. Some doctors feel that they are too important to worry about being on time but if you try that I am quite sure they will not see you. So bottom line is I can’t comment on his patient care because after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting, I never saw him."
