"What a shame another bad review and this wasn't even a Patient. This should have been taken care of after Nickoal's review but it wasn't hence I and another Patient got to experience her nastiness, and rudeness. When does Management do the right thing and stop this kind of behavior? Simply responding to a posted review doesn't correct the problem. If she doesn't like working with the Public then give her another job not interacting with the Public. Patients come to the Clinic for a variety of issues one being not feeling well and to be treated with the level of rudeness she exhibits is incomprehensible. Nickoal stated she had 3 kids and one disabled child do you really think she needed to be treated in the manner she described? I was treated this way on my very first visit here. Please let Patients know why this is continuing to be an issue....I agree with Nickoal the older lady receptionist with the long hair was Very Rude. She has no customer service skills. She totally ignored me on two separate occasions so I left. When she did acknowledge me she was terse and rude. I guess she thinks the only persons time that is valuable is hers. She is the main reason I'm looking elsewhere. I find a lack of professionalism in several encounters here."

"The doctors are wonderful, the receptionist is not. I am a single mom of 3 kids one of which is disabled I have appointments school and a job to manage I know I have missed appointments. When I go in there the receptionist is rude and has attitude towards me every single time. I asked to set up an appointment her response entailed notifying me of previous missed appointments ok I undertstand but to say "are you actually going to show up this time" in a rude tone is not professional there are more proffesional ways to state concern instead of being a b****. I let it go. I needed records filled out for school she told me we cant do that for a kid weve never seen the doctors there have seen this child 2 months prior for an impetigo and fever concern so yes these kids have been seen she responds " I am not going to argue with it about it" yet again rude tone. So finally I address her about her attitude and rudeness every time I see her and then I leave. 20 min later I call back male nurse answers the phone says I am standing by her right now your the one with an attitude he was NOT present for thr initial verbal altercation and continues to lie and say he was standing right by her in which he was not. I have delt with this type of attitude from her numerous times and the fact a male nurse wants to lie and say he was present in which he wasnt then how come he didnt step in when things got heated?"
