"I've gone to Eustasis for a few years now and am fed up with their practices and policies. Do not seek care there if you can go anywhere else! They are unprofessional, inconsistent, do not have any care or concern about their patients, and are overall horrible. I would give them zero stars if possible. 1) You never see the same provider. Once I ended up with one I liked and then poof! She was gone. 2) Inconsistent care leading to issues with medications. I was prescribed a medication that had a BLACK BOX WARNING for an interaction with my existing asthma medication (which I had dutifully reported as taking). I was not told about this for months. I was also prescribed 2 medications that increased cholesterol. Again, this wasn't caught for months. 3) Regular drug testing for patients not seeking treatment for or with any history of substance abuse. At the E Bradford Parkway facility you have to actually walk through the waiting room in front of other patients to return your sample to the nurse. The drug testing is a joke anyway. They told me I tested positive for an illegal drug that I have NEVER used. This leads me to believe they are using cheap "dipstick" tests that give false positives or do not practice proper lab procedures to avoid cross-contamination of samples. 4) The check-in questionaire is a joke too. You literally answer close to 50 questions every time. They seem to rely on this as the sole method for reporting symptoms, as opposed to actually discussing your mental health during the appointment. 5) They get your waist measurement at every appointment. There is NO legitimate reason that someone who is not making me a pair of pants needs my waist measurement. 6) You wait forever even with a scheduled appointment. I typically wait 45 min - 1 hour, but I have waited up to 2 1/2 hours before. This is disrespectful of the patient's time. 7) They insist on seeing you at least every 30 days and will not refill medications if you can't or don't want to do that. 8) They are impossible to get in touch with. I was literally told if I needed to reach my provider to just "keep calling all day". Even trying to reschedule an appointment is a hassle. 9) They recently instituted a policy to charge $50 and just keep that money to apply to their $150 "no call, no show" fee should you incure it. I was initially told the money would apply to my copay, but it does not. They just keep your $50 until they can either apply it to their ludicrous "no call, no show" fee or you choose to leave their care. Also, they require a credit card to be kept on file to be able to charge this fee. I left their care in Jan 2024 and have yet to receive my $50 refund after multiple calls to the billing department. I have filed a complaint for this with the BBB. 10) The facility on E Bradford Parkway is, frankly, shabby and unprofessional despite being "new". When it first opened I thought the limited mismatched and old chairs, ancient magazines, random tables, and barely any decorations were simply due to the facility having just been opened. The facility has been open for several months now and nothing has changed. 11) I have seen multiple providers and intake nurses that don't even bother to introduce themselves. They barely even bother talking to you and constantly ask questions that should absolutely be answered in the patient's chart. 12) No one ever actually told me my diagnosis or what my treatment plan was going to be. I had to specifically ask. I also have had to ask why they are prescribing a medication, why they are changing a medication or the dosage, and about side effects. None of this information is volunteered. They essentially ask you a few questions (that you've already answered twice) and then say "we're gonna do this"."
"They are absolutely horrible at customer service, make you come in to charge you more money to keep your medicine going, you can call and call and call and get no where for billing ISSUES THEY CAUSE. They charge people who have insurance more money than people who don’t even when the insurance won’t cover the cost difference so be prepared to pay MORE money than standard appointments if you have insurance so they can bill the insurance company more. I waited 4 hours for an appointment one time, 2 hours another, and an hour & a half another. For a standard follow up appointment so I could say my meds are fine and need them refilled is all. This is not to reflect one way or another on individuals who work here, some of them can be kind and prompt but whoever’s job it is to handle billing and customer service for more than just scheduling an appointment is not there."
"I am glad I found Eustasis. I've been going to Eustasis for right over a year. I established care in between moving to Missouri from Texas. While I had to do a walk-in appointment because my scheduled appointment didn't save on their end, my care was comprehensive and efficient. I would always get very anxious before appointments, but when I met a provider that I clicked with I started requesting to see the same provider for every appointment. Now, I get anxious and have to make sure that I will actually see my provider of choice at my next appointment. I've been able to see the provider of my choice for a year now, except for one time because they weren't in the office that day. Even when I did a walk-in after being discharges from the hospital, they made it happen to where I could see my preferred provider. I love that I can schedule routine follow-up appointments and if something comes up, I can call and get an earlier appointment scheduled."
"I cannot say enough about how happy I am that I found Eustasis and Dr. Jain! I found them online after being in the VA system for over two decades and almost did not go based on the reviews, but I am so glad I decided to go anyways. Excellent care. Dr. Jain and ALL of the staff are so empathetic and kind. They have treated me with the utmost respect and kindness always. The facility is very clean. I 100% would say if you need care, give them a call. I would not hesitate recommending a family or friend to come here. I am so so so glad I did. I see a lot of people upset about the wait time and seeing different providers and honestly that does not bother me. I have found in the past from my experience, sometimes the best doctors are worth the wait. Yes. I do see different nurses some visits but they always document my chart so that my care does not change, and the Dr. always checks on it. Thank you Eustasis for helping me when I was at a bad place in my life."
"Not entirely sure what everyone else experienced, not going to say they're wrong, but my experiences have been mostly positive so far. 2 out of 3 of the practitioners I've dealt with were very Knowledgeable, the nurse and the phlebotomist always work very hard to help me, and even write a week's worth of prescriptions to hold me over until my next paycheck when I can't afford my deductible. Haven't tried the therapy yet, but so far the psychiatry has really helped my outlook on life. They also helped me screen and identify certain deficiencies I had and advised me on how to correct it."
