"Great therapy, admin team could use some rehires"
"Receptionist at Parkway Psychology, Sammy, is very rude. She is the biggest reason we are leaving Eustasis. She gave me false information about Medicaid not covering a reported no show, and said they would likely cancel all remaining appointments. Then continued to be very degrading when I asked clarifying questions. She refused to look back for the voice message I left to notify them of my child’s illness and left an excused absence marked as a “No Show”. I called the Eustasis phone number to sort it out and was sent in circles from Billing, to Records, to Scheduling. It was finally resolved by a supervisor. On a separate occasion, I spent almost an hour on the portal getting intake info completed for my daughter, and at the end, the save button froze, so I hoped it went through and moved on. When my husband took my daughter for her appointment, Sammy said that everything I already did needed to be done all over again. She gave him a tablet to do it on and shortly after said “Are you done with my tablet yet “.. as if he would have kept it for no reason? Kyle Watson is an incredible provider, and he will be missed. People who need services should not have to put up with being treated poorly. We’ve been there for 6 months and dealt with it long enough."
"Was going here for the first time for couples counseling. Did the Pre-check in at home 3 separate times. Got to my appointment and was asked to do it again. Was given a tablet to do it. There are many inappropriate questions considering why I was there. Was told "I have to answer everything " most of which was not relevant to the reason I was there. There is a large section for previous conditions. None of them applied to me but there was not an option for "none or n/a) I was told "I have to answer all questions) I said none of these conditions apply to me you want me to make it up? Was told yes..I chose depression. Finally I had completed the check in giving false answers. Was asked do I own guns? Who are my children? What is there info? Etc When I went to return the tablet I heard the woman in front of me say " I did all this already " the woman behind the window said "This process must be completed at every appointment now" When it was my turn I verified that I would have to answer all these non-relevant questions every time I show up and since the system doesn't work it was going to be more of a hassle than the therapy was worth. I left without seeing the counselor. This may be a good place if you have serious psychiatric problems. It is NOT a good place for general counseling."
"I honestly was excited to finally get a chance to talk to therapy but that all changed after I realized all they want is to push prescription drugs on you for no reason.. really seems to be the problem lso many people were on pills when they make it so easy. When I told the lady I didn't want any prescriptions to kind of seem shocked and asked me why not.. If you're looking for a place just to have therapy or talk session this is not it!! If you're looking for a place to get prescribed medicine this may be a perfect opportunity! Will not be going back especially after I got charged for a visit that I did not to attend when they told me over the phone there would be no charge!!"
