Reviews
"I could unalive myself and these guys would not care. My Dr has the personality of a sack of flour and makes it painfully clear that I'm just another paycheck. They can't even give me enough refills to last untill my next apt. I'm not seeing my Dr for four months and she only gave me anxiety medication to get me through two months. You guys are going to drive people to suicide."
"I hate how Apts are now mandatory video calls. It seems like such a hassle. I have to video chat three ppl before I can talk to my dr?? Why? how is that easier? Please bring back phone call Apts!"
"If you have a phone number on Google you people should answer it. It don't matter how many times I try to call you guys still don't answer. What if I was in dyer needs to talk to somebody about my mental health so I don't commit self harm or worse? Need to fix that"
"Team at Burrell that working with our family is totally amazing. They have totally made a big difference in our family lives. Thank you, Dr. Chamberlain, Renee, Nathan, Lulu and Sherry and staff. We have been totally bless by your services"
"I tried calling for 5 WEEKS and after 10 minutes of being on hold every single time I got sent to the answering service. I never was able to even talk to a receptionist let alone schedule an appointment. I left my info with the answering service twice. It took days for them to call me back the first time and when they did they said "oh you need the appointment desk, I'll transfer you." And same thing, on hold 10 minutes then sent to the answering service. The second time I left my info with the answering service and days later someone called me back I missed it because I was at work. I immediately called them back and same thing. 10 minutes on hold then sent to the answering service. Thankfully there's a other cl8nic in town that takes my insurance. If not I'd be totally up a creek."
