"These people are incompetent. This mental health system is a joke. I was told i would get help with rides to my appointments.That wasnt true. Its been close to 3 months since i started jumping through their hoops to get mentally stable, and I havent even been able to get in to see a doctor ( which is in springfield) it was extremely hard for me to reach out and ask for help and although Ive been promised help, so far all theyve done is taken me to the food bank. ...they will not take you to therapy or phsyc, but theyll take you to get food?? My first case worker told me private things about her other clients, including their names and where they lived! She even told me if I told on her for doing things she wasnt supposed to, she wouldnt help me anymore. My next case worker, after expressing my high anxiety told me, and i quote; " I have anxiety too, I dont know you and this is making me nervous" Im seriously appalled at thecway this place is run. If you are in a mental crisis, or in the midst of depression you are seriously better off going into an emergency room. Goid Luck!"

"Very unhappy looked everything up always having you change treatment plan couldn't talk about anything because it wasn't in the treatment plan was also told her boss has to overlook everything was very frustrating just was letting out pent up feelings and she stopped me said we couldn't talk about it because it wasn't in the treatment plan I just pent it back up inside got more depressed and anxious felt more suicidal wasn't worth going to"

"Everything is kept confidential. They respect you and your Family. They help you out in any way they possibly can. They honestly do not mind you calling at any time of the day or night if you have a problem, cause they will be there to help you out in any way they possibly can, and they will not, I repeat, WILL NOT leave your side until the situation and/or you are feeling/doing much much so much better. These people are Wonderful Great Absolutely Fantastic. In my book, they all definitely deserve medals for outstanding performances"

"The counselor tried to put words in my mouth about my child, and twisting what I said to make it seem horrid. Then proceeded to get out a book and read me descriptions and get me to agree to them. BARELY even acknowledged my child let alone asked him questions. Then informed me that her boss looks over everything and lets her know if she missed anything about the visit. . . . how is someone who is not present, let alone never met my child going to benefit or help anything with my child. Very unsettling. Very much a joke."
