"I have used this facility for years now and have always been treated with respect and professionalism. It is an outpatient clinic not a hospital. There have been times I had to wait to see my PCP during an appointment, only because she was working with another vet. She is good at answering my questions and spending the necessary time with me. If I need to get in before a scheduled appointment, they usually will get me in within a few days. I highly recommend the Branson VA Outpatient Clinic."
